The goal of Retirement Operations is to meet the needs of Schwab Retirement Plan Services (RPS) by providing the best client service possible as it relates to the recordkeeping aspects of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. A Sr Specialist within RPS Retirement Ops provides oversight over high‑volume processing of complex disbursements and distributions, researches historical activity, manages relationships with internal business partners, ensures absolute compliance with ERISA regulations, and maintains a strong understanding of the group’s operational processes.
