Retina Specialist

About the role

Orange County Retina, a partner of NVISION Eye Centers, is a highly respected retina-only practice serving patients throughout Orange County. The practice is known for its strong referral relationships, high injection and surgical volume, and commitment to delivering advanced retinal care.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong referral relationships with comprehensive ophthalmologists and optometrists across Orange County.
• Provide expert vitreoretinal surgery and intravitreal injections.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced retina-trained staff to ensure efficient clinic flow.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in retinal care.

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD / DO).
• Fellowship-trained in Vitreoretinal Surgery.
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain.
• Strong intravitreal injection and surgical retina experience.
• A collaborative, patient-focused approach to care.

• Experience with advanced retinal diagnostics, lasers, and surgical technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care.

Pay

$350,000.00 - $400,000.00/Yr.
