About the role

The College of Professional and Continuing Studies (PACS) is seeking a Retention & Student Engagement Coordinator to support the development and maintenance of student information systems, probation tracking, financial support coordination, and online orientation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and maintenance of student information systems, probation tracking, financial support coordination, and online orientation processes.
  • Partners closely with advisors, faculty, and the OUES Student Success Team to implement evidence-informed strategies that strengthen persistence among online and nontraditional students.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 12 months in student programming, student services, or closely related experience.
  • Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 60 months experience.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree, experience working with non-traditional, adult learners preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., may include some weekends.

Travel
