Retail Travel Associate - Inventory – Driver
Starting wage: $17.50 - $22.50 per hour, with performance-based increases up to $5.00 per hour.
About the role
Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required—we provide paid training. This part-time role is ideal for those who enjoy staying active, working on their feet, and being rewarded for strong performance.
You will travel with a team weekly to customer locations across your region, primarily serving a home-improvement retailer.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
- Travel to retail locations, including occasional overnight assignments.

Work environment
This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift:
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
- Climbing ladders when needed.
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
- Valid driver’s license within your state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum of three years of proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfort using handheld technology.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Qualifications
Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, general labor, or similar roles is valuable. No degree is required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
