Retail Travel Associate - Inventory – Driver

Starting wage: $17.75 - $22.75 per hour. Performance-based pay increases can add up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour.

About the role

Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. This part-time role is active, keeps you on your feet, and rewards hard work. No prior inventory experience is required—we provide paid training. Work primarily with a single home-improvement customer, traveling weekly to locations across your region.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program.
• Travel to retail locations, including occasional overnight assignments.

Work environment

• Spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bend, kneel, squat, and reach frequently.
• Climb ladders when needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Valid driver’s license within your state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three years of proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Qualifications

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or athletic/coaching experience are all valuable backgrounds. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
