Retail Travel Associate - Inventory – Driver

Starting wage: $17.75 - $22.75 per hour, with performance-based increases up to $5.00 per hour. Employer-paid travel up to 4 nights a week, including meal per diem.

About the role

Join WIS International as a Retail Travel Associate—Driver and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required; we provide paid training. This is an active, part-time role that rewards hard work and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail to meet productivity goals and increase earnings.
• Travel weekly to customer locations across your region, primarily within the home improvement segment.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; 18+ to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 36 consecutive months in your state of residence.
• Minimum of three years of proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment screening, including a consumer report and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and ability to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using handheld technology with attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, or general labor is valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.

• Bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb ladders as needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
