Requirements Include:
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
- High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred.
- A flexible work schedule is required, including being able to work weekends and holidays.
- 3-5 years of selling experience including a strong sales background with excellent understanding of business processes and systems.
- Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.).
- Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check.

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position in California is $70,304 to $77,275; the base salary range for any other states in this territory is $56,200 to $77,275; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
