Troubleshooting + Repair
- Troubleshoot and repair phones, tablets, and other devices
- Support customers by explaining tech issues in simple, helpful ways
- Manage store inventory and package devices for same-day service
- Promote Connected Home tech protection plans
Qualifications
- 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred)
- Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware
- Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills
