Retail Sales Technician Part Time

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of our uBreakiFix store, delivering personalized, human-centric customer experiences.
• Use your communication skills to enrich each interaction while applying our Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique to recommend and upsell Asurion products and services.
• Learn and assist with device troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs as needed.
• Balance front-of-house customer interactions with back-of-house tech and inventory tasks.
• Support the fast-paced needs of a retail environment as a collaborative team player.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales – at least 1 year.
• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• A basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required).
• Flexibility to work part-time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort juggling sales conversations, customer support, and hand-on tech work.

Qualifications

• No formal repair experience required. We provide high-quality paid training.
• Ability to multitask confidently across customer service, sales, and technology.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of electronic devices (though not required).
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate part-time work, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.

Pay

$17.00 per hour + earn uncapped sales and repair incentives.
