• Be the welcoming face at our uBreakiFix stores, providing personalized and human-centric experiences to customers.
• Leverage Serve, Solve, Sell™ techniques to enhance the customer experience and upsell Asurion’s products and services.
• Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of customer electronic devices.
• Support the dynamic retail store environment as a team player and meet business needs.
• Navigate the intersection of retail, tech, and sales seamlessly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales for at least one year.
• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for.
• A basic knowledge of electronic devices (though not required).
• Flexibility to work retail store hours and the ability to multitask easily.

Qualifications

• No formal tech experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Unlimited sales incentive potential with competitive starting pay ($18.70 per hour).
