What You’ll Do Create a welcoming, professional customer experience.Check in devices; explain repair options, pricing & timelines.Promote protection plans, accessories & additional services.Meet and exceed store sales goals.Provide updates and build customer trust through pickup.Manage POS transactions and organized front-of-house operations.Support overall store and team performance. What You Bring: Sales, retail, or customer service experience.Confidence in connecting with customers and closing sales.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Goal-oriented mindset and incentive-driven.Basic smartphone/consumer tech knowledge (preferred).Organized, dependable, and comfortable in fast-paced retail.Flexible availability (evenings & weekends).
