Multiple Roles
- Team Members are cross-trained and expected to perform multiple position types during a given shift.
- Guest Service: Focus on putting a smile on every guest's face through executing your role to the best of your ability. Welcome every guest as they walk in the door and build lasting relationships with guests.
- Food Service: Each Team Member plays a part in delivering an excellent food service experience for our guests. Prepare food, sell food, and assist guests with finding food items.
- Problem Solving: Understand guests' needs, take action to find answers and solutions, and identify new ways of doing things.
- Cleaner & Fresher: Maintain a pristine environment and uphold brand standards.
- Cashier: Read and react to guests' and store's needs, complete multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain accuracy in cash drawer operations.
- Host/Hostess: Personalize guest experiences, participate in the Made to Order program, and educate guests on current offerings and promotions.
- Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook: Maintain kitchen cleanliness, follow recipe integrity, and manage kitchen and food responsibilities.
- Barista: Create handcrafted beverages using Swiss machinery and learn about brewing special beans from around the world.
Minimum Qualifications
- 18+
- Clear communication
- Able and willing to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds
- Accountable
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Team-first attitude
- Coachable
- Able to stand on feet during entire shift
- Able to perform basic math functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior C-Store, retail, food service, or customer service experience
- Bilingual
