Retail Team Member - 3rd Shift

About the role

Little General & Maverick is a part of your community and offers a variety of roles including Team Members, Cashier, and Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook. We prioritize cross-training to ensure all team members can perform multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest as they walk in the door and build lasting relationships.
• Execute your role to the best of your ability, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in food service.
• Resolve issues with guests, making them want to return.
• Identify and implement new ways to improve processes.
• Ensure a clean and fresh environment for guests.
• Operate a cash register, stock shelves, clean restrooms, and manage marketing promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and kitchen equipment.
• Follow brand standards, adhere to recipes, and manage inventory.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, punctual, and team-first.
• Coachable and able to stand on your feet during the entire shift.
• Able to perform basic math functions.

Qualifications

• Prior C-Store, retail, food service, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Desire for personal and professional advancement.
• Shift flexibility and weekend availability are required.
