Retail Team Member - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest as they walk in the door and build lasting relationships with them.
• Treat every guest like they are the first guest of the day.
• Ensure the food service experience is excellent by maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Resolve issues with guests and make them want to return.
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously, such as running a cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning restrooms, and marketing promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and kitchen equipment.
• Follow brand standards, adhere to recipe integrity, and produce a consistent and fresh food offering.
• Oversee kitchen and food responsibilities, including ordering, product rotation, and inventory management.
• Handle cashier duties, including reading and reacting to guests' and store's needs.
• Assist in food preparation and selling food items.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, punctual, and team-first attitude.
• Coachable and able to stand on your feet during the entire shift.
• Able to perform basic math functions.

Qualifications

• Prior C-Store, retail, food service, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Desire for personal and professional advancement.
• Flexible shift schedule, including weekends.

Weekly pay with daily pay option.

Schedule

Shifts available include overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM), with weekend availability preferred and overtime availability optional.
