As a Retail Team Leader (Key Holder)

• You will help complete daily Store operations and tasks for the day.
• You will assist in unloading all merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transfer merchandise from stockroom to store.
• You will maintain merchandise by ensuring proper product rotation, food handling, receiving, and ensuring product quality.
• You will provide exceptional customer service by building relationships, problem-solving, and building sales.
• You will handle cash by performing tasks such as bank deposits, getting change for cashiers, setting and counting down registers.
• You will help develop leadership skills while supervising sales associates in the performance of their assigned duties.

Requirements

• You must have 1-2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• You must have the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting above shoulder height.
• You must be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You must be able to operate power equipment such as slicing equipment, walkie lifts, and forklifts where applicable.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
