About the Role

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the Store
• Completing daily Store operations and tasks
• Unloading and organizing merchandise from delivery trucks
• Maintaining merchandise quality and product rotation
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Cash handling and register management
• Training and supervising sales associates

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience with increasing responsibilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Schedule availability for flexible, full-time work including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to operate power equipment safely
• Minimum age of 18
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment checks including a drug screen and criminal background check
• Basic computer skills required

Pay & Schedule

• $18+/hour starting wage based on experience
• Store Hours: Monday to Saturday 7AM - 7PM and Sunday 9AM - 6PM
