Retail Team Lead (Part Time)

POSITION DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assists with daily tasks, such as opening/closing procedures, cashiering, customer service, cleaning, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Aids with physical inventory process and inventory control.
• Helps with training and continued development of staff.
• Organizes staff breaks and supervises daily projects.
• Ensures policy compliance of staff, including quality guest service and cash control policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• EDUCATION & FORMAL TRAINING: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous retail, inventory, and cash control experience required.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• OTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have valid driver’s license. Can move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evening hours, in all weather extremes.
