About the role
As a Team Lead at Atlantis Fresh Market, you will motivate your valued team of Sales Associates in providing excellent customer service by greeting and communicating with customers, working the register, preparing the store, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.Responsibilities

Requirements

- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

- Knowledge of store operations and procedures
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
