The Retail Supervisor at THE SHOPS AT VALLEY SQUARE is responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage operations, and drive sales. The position requires a proven track record in supervising teams and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Manage customer experience, vendor relationships, and store maintenance.
• Support action plans to improve store performance and operational activities.
• Lead opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Set direction and goals for associates.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations.
• Create exceptional in-store customer experiences.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
