About the role
The Operations Supervisor at David’s Bridal supports the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, Five-Star Customer Service, and profitability through program execution and foundational excellence. This role requires a dynamic, attentive, and inspiring leader who can set expectations for Five-Star Customer Service and manage a team to meet Total Monthly Income (TMI) Goals.
Responsibilities
- Leads and models a customer-first culture across all roles, executes customer service strategies to deliver a Five-Star Customer Service experience.
- Drives efforts to build customer relationships and maximize appointments.
- Manages by using the LAST model concept to resolve customer service issues independently.
- Maintains store standards to support a flawless shopping experience.
- Executes and holds team members accountable for a beautiful store, ensuring flawless execution of all merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
- Trains CSRs to accurately prepare and process all incoming and outgoing shipments in accordance with David’s Bridal procedures.
- Solicits feedback from CSRs to enhance the business and create a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One-year prior retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role, in an apparel or specialty store environment.
- Prior experience with computerized POS systems.
Qualifications
- Adaptable and able to adapt style to support and influence team members.
- Capable of standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, reaching, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Must occasionally lift to 25 pounds.
- Must have good visual acuity, including up close and at a distance, as well as peripheral vision and depth perception.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with computerized POS systems.
