Retail Supervisor-THE SHOPS AT LIBERTY PLACE

Responsibilities

• Arrange, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the sales leadership team to implement action plans that enhance performance and operational activities.
• Execute opening and closing routines, including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and dissemination of company directives.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift upon associates' arrival.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by demonstrating and sharing product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve their selling and customer experience skills.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and quick adaptability.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
