About the role

The Retail Supervisor at Bath & Body Works is responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage operations, and drive sales. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll oversee hiring, training, and performance of team members, ensuring smooth store operations, and fostering a positive customer environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Manage customer experience, vendor relationships, and store operations.
• Lead team meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Train and coach team members to enhance selling and customer service skills.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Proven ability to deliver sales, customer experience, and operational results.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and quick problem-solving skills.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations.
