About the role

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team at SOUTHPARK MALL. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing a team, enhancing customer experiences, and driving store performance.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Manage customer experience, vendor relationships, and store operations.
• Lead team meetings and set goals for the day/shift.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
