About the role

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead and inspire a team at SOUTHPARK CENTER I. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, leading exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
  • Act as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
  • Partner with the sales leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
  • Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
  • Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
  • Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
  • Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
  • Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
  • Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
  • Ensure the store is safe, clean, and engaging by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
  • Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
  • Deliver sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
  • Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates.
  • Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time position with variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
