Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring and engaging retail experience for customers
• Guide and mentor store associates to enhance their skills and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months experience in a retail environment
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding
• Ability to operate personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Positive attitude that contributes to a supportive team environment
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Well-developed English language skills
• Ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
