About the role

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead and inspire a team in the Miami Valley Crossing store. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Manage customer experience, vendor relationships, and store maintenance.
• Support action plans to improve results and execute operational activities.
• Lead opening and closing routines, including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and company directives.
• Set direction and goals for associates.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and engagement in the store.
• Adhere to company values, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, and operational results.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, open to feedback, and quick to adapt.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
