About the role
We are looking for supervisors who are creators, confident, and collaborative. Creators find inspiration in unexpected places, are passionate about the adidas brand, and excel in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations and serve as a strong adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Lead discussions in diverse groups and set and maintain high standards of performance.
- Operate independently and with discretion, working effectively under pressure.
- Communicate clearly and inspire a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Competent in using personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 12 months experience in a retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive knowledge of retail and industry.
Qualifications
- Age 18 or older.
- Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
