About the role

We are looking for supervisors who are creators, confident, and collaborative. Creators find inspiration in unexpected places, are passionate about the adidas brand, and excel in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations and serve as a strong adidas Brand ambassador.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Lead discussions in diverse groups and set and maintain high standards of performance.
• Operate independently and with discretion, working effectively under pressure.
• Communicate clearly and inspire a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Competent in using personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 12 months experience in a retail environment.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive knowledge of retail and industry.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
