Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Inventory Associates
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow
- Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns
- Partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Able to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required
Qualifications
- Valuable backgrounds include Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience
- No degree required
