Bath & Body Works is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team at Imperial Valley Mall. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, open to feedback, and quick to adapt.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
