Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software like MS Office.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading discussions in diverse groups.
• Work independently, exercise discretion, and maintain high performance under pressure.
• Foster a positive team environment with an inspirational attitude.
• Set and uphold high standards of performance for yourself and your team.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
• Advanced selling experience and deep product, retail, and industry knowledge.
• Strong ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Work Environment

• Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
• Moderate noise level in the work environment.
• Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
• Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral, and ability to adjust focus.
