Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software like MS Office.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading discussions in diverse groups.
- Work independently, exercise discretion, and maintain high performance under pressure.
- Foster a positive team environment with an inspirational attitude.
- Set and uphold high standards of performance for yourself and your team.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and deep product, retail, and industry knowledge.
- Strong ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Work Environment
- Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
- Moderate noise level in the work environment.
- Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
- Specific vision abilities required: close, distance, color, peripheral, and ability to adjust focus.
