About the role

We are seeking Store Associates who embody the qualities of creators, collaborators, and confident individuals. These individuals find inspiration in unexpected places, connect dots others miss, and create meaningful connections with customers.

Responsibilities

• Create an emotional connection with every customer
• Build relationships with colleagues and customers
• Exceed customer expectations in a retail environment
• Use creativity to drive innovation and improve the shopping experience

Requirements

• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or GED
• Three to six months' experience in a retail environment preferred
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
• Must be 16 years of age or older

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
