About the role
The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
- Manage the backroom product flow function by overseeing inventory levels, ensuring stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance standards and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with store management to address operational issues and improve store efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support store initiatives and company-wide projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
