Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
• Manage the backroom product flow function by overseeing inventory levels, ensuring stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance standards and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with store management to address operational issues and improve store efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support store initiatives and company-wide projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
