About the role
This multi-faceted role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of stores or the backroom product flow function.
- Ensures smooth operation of the retail environment.
- Manages inventory levels and ensures compliance with policies.
- Trains and supervises team members.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
