About the role

The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
• Manages the backroom product flow function by overseeing inventory levels, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
