About the role
The Retail Supervisor position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support the service side of our stores, ensuring customer satisfaction and store operations.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure smooth product flow in the backroom.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and manage staff schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient store operations and customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous supervisory experience is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
