About the role
The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
- Manages the backroom product flow function by organizing inventory, managing stock levels, and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
