About the role
This multi-faceted role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports store operations by ensuring smooth customer service and inventory management.
- Manages employee schedules and performance evaluations.
- Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with other departments to optimize store operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
