Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Supervisor position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manages inventory levels and ensures compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Trains and mentors team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensures the cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Collaborates with other departments to maintain smooth operations and meet sales targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
