About the role
The Retail Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a Savers store, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. This position is responsible for managing a team of associates, maintaining store cleanliness and appearance, and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they meet performance standards
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Manage cash transactions and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve issues
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and build brand loyalty
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
