The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports store operations, ensuring smooth customer service and inventory management
• Trains and mentors team members to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Ensures compliance with store policies and procedures
• Collaborates with other departments to optimize product flow and support store operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Pay

$17.10 to $28.04 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, with specific hours to be determined based on store needs.
