Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports store operations by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manages inventory levels and ensures compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Trains and mentors team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensures adherence to safety protocols and maintains a safe working environment.
• Collaborates with other departments to optimize store operations and support customer needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Experience in supervisory roles or related areas is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Pay

$18.81 to $30.85 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
