Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support the service side of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished and organized.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Oversee the backroom product flow, including receiving, sorting, and stocking merchandise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
