About the role
The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the smooth operation of the store, ensuring a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
- Manages inventory levels and ensures compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Trains and supervises team members to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Ensures adherence to safety protocols and maintains a safe working environment.
- Collaborates with other departments to optimize store operations and improve customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
