Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the smooth operation of the store, ensuring a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
• Manages inventory levels and ensures compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Trains and supervises team members to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Ensures adherence to safety protocols and maintains a safe working environment.
• Collaborates with other departments to optimize store operations and improve customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
