Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
• Manages the backroom product flow function by organizing inventory and streamlining operations.
• Trains and mentors team members to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Participates in store events and community outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
