Retail Supervisor

About the Role

As a Retail Store Supervisor at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will assist the Retail Manager with overseeing staff, projects, and tasks in our retail outlets. This role is ideal for a passionate individual eager to contribute to a prestigious, full-service, AAA Four Diamond resort known for delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and coaching staff members.
• Communicate effectively with managers, associates, vendors, and guests.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Help motivate staff to perform according to the Marcus Corporation Mission Statement.
• Benchmark sales, set goals, and strive to exceed budget within payroll constraints.
• Plan and execute monthly inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Retail Supervisor strongly preferred.
• Ability to work well both with others and independently; must be a team player.
• Creative and willing to provide new ideas.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
• Able to develop camaraderie with team members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
