Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a part-time Team Leader at The Shops at Mission Viejo in Mission Viejo, CA. This role offers the chance to create exceptional guest experiences and inspire the next generation of builders.
Responsibilities
- Provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.
- Aid in ensuring appropriate and effective space management techniques are used.
- Maintain the Store graphics system (including pricing) effectively, focusing on customer service and maximizing profitable sales.
- Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques, seeking opportunities to grow the business.
- Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
- Empower and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision, and Values.
- Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.
Requirements
Experience in a retail store environment, leadership or management experience, delivery of employee training, cash handling, inventory/sales auditing, point of sale automated systems, merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising, physical specifications, constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, vision abilities including close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, lifting at least 30 lbs, availability to work up to 30 hours per week covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, experience in a retail environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage a team, and a passion for LEGO.

Pay
The hourly wage for the position ranges from $23.50 to $24.90 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
Schedule
Up to 30 hours per week, covering the full week and weekend with a minimum of 4 days of availability.
