Retail Store Team Leader (Part-Time) – Chandler, AZ

About the role

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a part-time Team Leader and provide a brand experience for our customers. This role involves enhancing the team's ability to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information regularly
• Aid in ensuring appropriate and effective space management techniques are utilized
• Maintain the Store graphics system (including pricing) effectively, focusing on customer service and maximizing sales
• Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques, identifying opportunities to grow the business
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision, and Values

Requirements

• Experience in a retail store environment
• Leadership or management experience
• Ability to handle cash, manage inventory, and perform POS automated systems
• Knowledge of merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, stand for at least two hours, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
• Close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, covering the full week and weekends with a minimum of 4 days

• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay

The hourly wage for the position ranges from $20.70 to $22.10 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

Schedule

Work up to 30 hours per week, covering the full week and weekends with a minimum of 4 days of availability.
