Retail Store Team Leader LEGO Fashion Valley (Full-Time)
Core Responsibilities
- Affords assistance to the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team schedules.
- Effectively supervises Sales Associates during shifts, addressing potential issues in accordance with LEGO policies and procedures, with support from the ASM and SM.
- Completes orders for store and office supplies in compliance with guidelines and operating budgets.
- Fulfills money handling procedures for all Sales Associates.
- Maintains an organized stockroom at all times and ensures all available products are merchandised on the shop floor, while meeting loss prevention targets.
- Affords assistance to the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation in line with store guidelines.
