Retail Store Team Leader(Full-Time) - Annapolis, MD
Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a full-time Team Leader in Annapolis Mall, Annapolis, MD, and be a role model as you provide a brand experience for our customers. This role focuses on training the team to exceed high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Maximize profitable sales through regular review of sales and margin information.
- Ensure effective space management techniques are utilized.
- Maintain the store graphics system (including pricing) with a focus on customer service and maximizing sales.
- Keep all fixtures replenished at all times.
- Evaluate and communicate competitor visual merchandising techniques to identify business development opportunities.
- Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
- Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO® Brand, Vision, and Values.
- Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.
- Assist in cash handling, inventory/sales auditing, and point-of-sale system operations.
- Perform merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
Requirements
- Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
- Experience delivering employee training.
- Full availability to work 40 hours per week.
Physical Specifications
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Vision abilities including close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
Pay
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $23.50 to $24.90, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group considers prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law when determining compensation.
