Retail Store Manager- NJ

About the role

As the implementer and enforcer of the store, the Store Manager is responsible for customer service, cash management, hiring and training staff, ordering product, compliance, labor management, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures
• Manage cash transactions and ensure financial accuracy
• Hire, train, and manage a team of employees
• Order products to meet demand and maintain inventory levels
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Manage employee schedules and ensure fair work practices
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management skills
• Experience in retail or similar customer-facing roles
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds
